if its only cos he "helps people" then he can help with this account..
we all know who it is.. using the poida account isnt gonna make any
difference to the info he types up on the forum.

We are talking in this case only about Poida.
And there is a specific reason - to end the paid-DVD situation.
You cannot trace payers from bank statements.
You cannot start a new thread to seek payers.
The only valid & "audited" way is to make available Poida's original texts.
If you want to stick to your guns, then you should be able to transcribe that stuff yourself.
But I'm sure you understand (as most others do) how ridiculous the "banned ID" is.
You have made no attempt to ban Poida using other IDs (AFAIAA).
Feel free to continue preventing Poida from honoring DVD deliveries. It seems to fool some people and give fodder for others.
But do you seriously think people will continue swallowing this stuff?
I know that many are awaiting the traditional "I'm way off topic"
or "I don't know what I'm talking about", or other transference. (If
any of those occur, FIGJAM again! - but I do apologise for using that
trans-word yet again!)
So do you have any rational arguments for not making available Poida's original records, else unlocking the Poida account?

no i dont, thats how every forum bans members. theres quite a few
members on here using new user names.. if there not cocks then they can
hang around and we dont care. like poida now, hes not been a douche for

thanks to those of you who see the reality of unbanning my original
account. Pete can see it as well as I do, it isn't possible to read my
account statement and from that know who I have to send a DVD to or
refund money paid.
It all just comes back to the ridiculous stubborn Gene not wanting to
unban my account. Fine Gene, the call is yours, YOU choose to prevent
the DVD distribution because it suits you. Bad luck to all those
memebrs of your foeum that YOU ripped off, not me. I'm more than
willing to continue distributing the DVD, you are the reason I can't.
If only you were man enough to accept you are being childish continuing
to play your game.
I remember you calling me Hitler, power tripper, scumbag thief, etc...
put the mirror down Gene, you are being all you accuse me of. Look at
your forum "Supreme Overlord"! Administrator isn't big enough for you
is it? Haha tripper! Can't you see other members are seeing the side of
you you can't see?
Oh I get it, you have already accessed my account as Administrator
and deleted all my PM's have you? And why would you do that...? To make
sure you stuff up any possible chance of rectifying the problem of
distributing the DVD.
Give us one logical reason you permit me to post as "Germinator" yet
defy all requests to allow me to log back in as "Poida" even if it is
only to allow me access to my PM records? Referring to our posts so far
hasn't explained a single thing. You have obviously run out of excuses.
I can see there is no possible chance you will allow this to be
fixed Gene. Just be honest and tell everyone you are doing it to
continue this stupid attitude that stems way back from HotGemini days.

what are you going on about? you just keep repeating yourself? even tho iv already answered you.
im not encouraging anything.. iv given official warnings to people for
getting into arguments with you.. you get alot of things your way on
here.
iv already stated poida has been banned, simple as that.. what give
you the right to get your stuff unbanned when no one else does..
iv told you that you can make a thread to get everyone wanting the DVD to come forward.
iv told you that merv is looking into linking your poida PMs to
