G180 A/C Bracket

Post by bellett65 »

Does any one happen to have an air conditioner compressor bracket that is no longer required. I have misplaced mine and I want to put a/c in the car.

The one that mounts under where the dizzy used to be. No room on the other side

Early or late (green or blue?)
I only have the later G180Ws (ie, same block G200W), and I think the brackets were different.

I am in a bind over this now. The space I have is not to clever. I will wait till I have done the engine bay and done the engine rebuild. I think the VH44 will have to go. Space is tight. It is quite possible that I may have to fabricate a custom bracket. Thanks

I'll take that as a no.
It is best getting the compressor first, then doing the brackets (thanks Bob!).

And who were those dorks that said Wasps were NOT inspirational! LOL!!
And to think it wasn't even from Victoria! %!
