Cam Bearings

Post by john50187 »

Does anybody know of anywhere I can get some cam bearings from? I'd possibly even think about going second hand... save custom making some

I'm waiting for a reply from PF60ZZR (I PM'd him) after he said:
PF60ZZR wrote:I don't know who said you can't get the cam bearings, that's bulls*#t, my brother arrived back from japan 2 months ago and said they're still available ex-factory and a lot of the performance houses over there, only about $40-$50 per set
You can see that at OzGem's G180 and G200 DOHC engine information (page 3).

Maybe his bullsh is bullsh, hence the original bullsh is true - ie, "you can't get the cam bearings".
But at the moment I still trust in him.

John - are you saying that you have a supply but need a Japanese speaker, or are you speculating?
If you have the supply/er, what is the price and quantity available (etc)?
