It has stock timing for a g200w as 14 degrees, is this correct??

But that's the later G200W and with the I-TEC (and yours isn't...).

AFAIRecall, I generally see 12° BTDC and sometimes 10° BTDC, but that's typically the 117 G200W or Gemini EFI G180W which is pre-Piazza and doesn't have the I-TEC's locked optical dizzy.

And the ITEC includes a knock sensor - not that that means extra advance, but maybe it means they don't have to be as conservative - ie, ignition timing figures err on the retarded side rather than risk destructive pre-ignition.
IZU069 - Isuzu means a lot to me.
