before my time, so i dont have any lust for them.....bellet's just scrap in, i do like the early 117 coupes but gemini's are my love (and piazza's to a lesser degree...much lesser)

multi valve engines were not common bach when these were made....but still the dohc can breathe better than the sohc and has better valve control as well

i have never seen a "water" cooled throttle body, maybe i have missed this?

my zz/r and zz/t certainly dont have this, i wil check my 117 coupe motor but that has a forward facing t body, what type of intake do you have?

i got a incomplete injection set-up only, missing injectors/rail and bottom section , so basically only the plenum i got twin weber manifolds but keepin them, as no one wants to pay what they are worth i do have a twin su hitachi manifold but i dont think you would want that! injection and carb mani...

yea some states are good for emissons testing, but VIC (i think) is bad , u gotta pay big $$ for testing, then if it fails you gotta go thru it all again with more $$$ outlay personally if it was me, i would use a aftermarket ecu in a factory case....wiring factory stuff is too hit and miss for me, ...

you will prolly have to trace every wire dude...no one would know that stuff off the top of their head

i know heaps about twin cams but not wiring, most of the motors i have had were either carb or aftermarket ecu's

yea i got heads, and exhaust manifolds, but no intakes (do have a rare twin su/hitachi inlet tho)

intakes are easily made as they are only a induction tract, no water galleries

i have never seen the close ratio box, all the ones i got are normal (10+ 5 speeds so far)

so i am guessing prolly not, but hey u might b lucky!

the "gt" box was a special option that musta cost a bit, prolly only bought new by the racers

flange

early tx headers have the same flange as the twin cam....therefore the flange can b used on the twincam, but not the headers

something i suspected for a while and confirmed it last week

yea petty diff is weaker....

try putting a petty ringgear and pinion on the diesel centre , dunno if it will fit but have been thinkin of this for a while....

yea just got home!!!!!! it is a zz/t not zz/r needs a LOT of work tho needs a new diff centre/lapping pass doors zorst (i got zzr81's muffler) paint i got a NOS zz/r sticker with it too has the right stripping map lights dash wheel motor is good i drove non stop with lok15, 29 hours all up, am tired...
