ZZ/Rs were usually a 3.583 diff. AndI certainly would not expect them to be higher than a standard Gem (3.9?) - they were twincams afterall! where did you get the 3.5 from? diesel were 3.58 and are the same housing but i can most def tell you they were ALL 3.9 no if or but's period... yes there hav...

i got a few spare dohc 5 speeds here if needed looks like your block was a bellet/117 coupe block looks of the blanking plate on the RHR the isuzu symbol confirms the block is older as they had the isuzu crown symbol after mid 70's the intake is off a 117 coupe and will foul the shock tower if fitte...

gems have a breather for the tank dude, unless u got a different tank of course

if the lines are not hooked up right it will pressurise too

sweet dude, this type of box was used in the first batch of TX gemini's, but the bellhousing had the starter on the RH side, hence that box in the pic would not fit a gemini (unless dohc) but all the dohc gems were 5 speed

the first box, will NOT fit a gemini with a sohc motor

so where did this one come from? certainly not a rodeo c series or piazza

i have one of these boxes here, have you had any GTR bellets? i admit to knowing stuff all about bellets, ZZ geminis are my poison

i agree...my zz/r rattles like a mother when started, then the oil pressure kicks the tensioner in and all is good (still rattles a bit) but the timing is still good

yes you are right on the heater hoses

temp sender
ecu sender

and the third was some emissons control (i think) g180 and g200 water manifolds are quite different

will have a look on my g200 117 motor

yea it gets sideways easily with a touch of throttle

needs some extra low rpm grunt tho, so when the headgasket goes i will tickle the head and throw on a set of extractors i got here, and tune it some more

we will b goin back soon for more
